Though most of SkyClan territory is full of ridges and is higher in elevation than any of the other Clans around the lake, aside from perhaps WindClan, this part of the forest has the best view in the entire territory. In this section of woodlands, with tall trees adding height to their territory, a cat can look out and see the lake below, past ThunderClan and ShadowClan territory, offering them a view that is to die for - especially on days with beautiful sunsets.

Along the forests and foothills of SkyClan territory is a patch of ground that is relatively flat, but it does offers slight flickering views of the lake through abundant forest on one side. Thanks to the soft, grassy ground, as well as the mossy trunks of trees, this is an ideal place for warriors to practice their battle skills, as well as a place for mentors to take their apprentices for battle training. Thanks to the long stretches of flat space, this is a clear area to practice stalking skills, and the low-hanging branches offer first goals for jumping apprentices.

As the only Clan to not border the lake, SkyClan has among the fewest borders to defend, though they are quite careful to remark them and patrol them daily. To the north, east, and western ends of their territory, they border no Clans, setting markers to keep out strange cats and enemies. To the southern stretches of their territory are the ThunderClan and ShadowClan borders: ThunderClan's border is marked at the greenleaf twolegplace, and runs along a twolegpath; ShadowClan's territory is also marked by the greenleaf twolegplace, stretching along a twolegpath as well. SkyClan cats have permission to travel along the ThunderClan-ShadowClan border to access the lake.

SkyClan is the only Clan territory that does not border the lake; however, they have an amazing view of it in various parts of their territory. Past the ThunderClan and ShadowClan forests are SkyClan's woodlands, high up along the hills and edges of small mountains, offering stunning views and ample hunting grounds. Their woods are a mixture of many leafy trees and pines, with undergrowth often found underpaw.
